2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information — name, email, phone number, and password.
Listing information (Hosts) — parking space address, availability, photos, and access details.
Vehicle information (Drivers) — vehicle details and license-plate number.
Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Location data — to show nearby spaces and enable bookings, with your permission.
Usage & device data — app interactions, device type, and identifiers used for analytics and attribution.

3. How we use information

To operate the Service — create listings, match Hosts and Drivers, process bookings and payments.
To verify listings and users, prevent fraud, and support trust and safety.
To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and support requests.
To improve the Service and measure the performance of our marketing.

With the other party to a booking — Hosts and Drivers receive the information needed to complete a booking (for example, a Driver's license plate is shared with the Host).
With service providers — payment processors, hosting, analytics, and communications vendors who process data on our behalf.
With Community Partners — aggregated booking and revenue information for enrolled community parking areas.
For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Email & SMS communications

With your consent, we may send you transactional and account messages (such as booking confirmations and availability alerts) by email and text message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service.

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies on our website to remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
